Hawthorn Large Natural | Small Octagon Outdoor Jungle Gym for Kids

A Backyard Jungle Gym Built Around the Climb

The Hawthorn is a wooden outdoor jungle gym built around a striking octagon climbing frame. Kids can scramble up the climbing wall or rope climber, cross the monkey bars, slide down the fire pole and take a break on the swing, all in one compact backyard playset. It's designed for kids who want more challenge than a toddler climber, with room to grow from preschool through the elementary years.

Ways to Play

• Octagon climber: A geometric frame kids can climb, hang from and sit on top of.

• Monkey bars: Builds grip, upper body strength and coordination with every crossing.

• Climbing wall and rope climber: Several ways up so younger and older kids can each find their challenge.

• Fire pole: The fastest way down once they reach the top.

• Swing: A single swing for a calmer turn between climbs.

Why Families Choose the Hawthorn

Most backyard playsets lead with a slide and a fort. The Hawthorn leads with climbing, the kind of active, whole-body play that builds strength, balance and confidence. Its open wooden frame and modern octagon shape look clean in the yard, and its footprint of about 9.5 by 4.5 feet fits where a full swing set won't. With room for siblings and friends to play at once, it turns the backyard into an outdoor gym.

Built for Outdoor Play

The Hawthorn is made from solid wood and built for everyday outdoor use. Anchor it on level ground with soft surfacing such as wood chips or rubber mulch underneath, and check the hardware at the start of each season.
